Sounds like you used too much cream? Anyway, as it was quite soupy, maybe have a drink? Add a bit of a hot chocolate, for example? Maybe try to adapt a recipe for lava cake? Beat eggs and vanilla soften, before the white chocolate mixture, the two mix together to make a chocolate soufflĂ© white or cream make? Just use it as a dessert sauce? Put in squeezy bottles and give them to friends as your own special “meat” sauce.
