Has anyone used a chocolate fountain for cheese?

question Amanda : Has anyone used a chocolate fountain for cheese I intend to have a chocolate fountain at my wedding, and I want to make some cheese. I know some sites that offer rental fountain cheddar cheese, but I plan to buy instead of smaller wells, so I need help deciding what to put in it. I bought a Rival (holds 3-5 pounds of chocolate), and I’ve heard it for just about everything (spicy sauce, barbecue sauce, caramel, etc) can be used, but I need a few details to fromage. do quel type of cheese, that I should try? I will test before marriage anyway, but need some ideas. I do not think you use the default “Cheese Fondue” stuff because it’s a little too strong. I saw Velveeta suggested somewhere, but I do not know if I would need to add oil, or if something else would be better. (If using chocolate, it is sometimes necessary to add oil to make the chocolate flow properly.) Any ideas would be great – I would liked to have done by someone / has seen ces.Seules hear serious answers please – if you try it have and it did not work, it is useful. If you do not think it should be done, it does not make sense. It is essentially a Cheddar cheese, and if you are not interested in cheese fondue, it is obvious that you do not like it. http://www.sandiegochocolateguy.com/site/707067/product/Cheese-MedEt people put all sorts of things in them, not just chocolate: http://www.chocofountain.com/294725.htmlMeilleure Answer: Response
