Just take a boxed cookie mix and add things to it, a granola bar / cereal. They are actually quite good, so I thought I would share the recipe if anyone is looking for something to do with the kids or as a snack after school. Ingredients1 box bettery Crocker Milk Chocolate Chunk Cookies Mix125g of butter2 honey1 tablespoons 1/2 cup rolled oats1 cup coconut desséchéeDe half craisins chopped (I used raisins b / c I do not like cranberries) 1 egg slightly battuMéthodePréchauffer oven to 180C. Grease and line the base of a pan 27cmx18cm.Faire slice the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and add honey. Let refroidir.Mélanger in a bowl, mix cookies, oats, coconut, Craisins and egg. Add the butter mixture and mix until the consistency homogène.Appuyez fill firmly into prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool in the pan. Cut into 12 slices with a knife dentelé.PS, I know, do not tell me I do my cutting board another good layer of coconut oil!
