Q&A: Would a strawberry jello swirl/poke cake topped with white chocolate ganache be too sweet?

KCrandell question is a strawberry jello tub / poke cake with white chocolate ganache too sweet crowned I intend to make a strawberry swirl / Poke Cake (white cake mix box) to take account of to do work, but I can not decide on a topping. I’m between both a cream or white chocolate ganache stuck? Many people say that the ganache sounds good, but I’m afraid it would be too sweet. What are your thoughts Best answer:?
