What would you suggest for a finger food sweet potato recipe?

question Inara : What do you suggest a meal on the sweet potato-inch recipe We have a small meeting this weekend and have to give for a small meal ‘Thanksgiving’ / Snacks . The problem must be starters or easy to eat, be easily accessible food. For example, we have turkey sandwiches, etc. I would try something that has been in the sweet potato to do it.
