What’s the best fluffy chocolate frosting you’ve made?

problem by Poptart : What is the best soft chocolate frosting made you I’m a little chocolate cupcakes & I tried bazillions of recipes chocolate icing and most are good, but not perfect 😉 I only have access to the cocoa powder to the chocolate flavor, I have no bakers chocolate or something similar. Please and thank you 🙂 (Unfortunately I only have No Name So I need something else Best answer:.
