How do you make chocolate ice cream?
question Julie : How can you ice cream with chocolate do I have realized that I can make rock salt for ice cream and a large container of cocoa (not unsweetened cocoa cocoa, but the actual cocoa to use) for chocolate ice cream. I even have an old ice cream maker, I dusted off the garage, but I did not half and half, condensed milk or evaporated milk, I just, regular whole milk. You can use the four squares unsweetened cocoa with 1 ounces replace cocoa powder, a little less sugar (since cocoa is sweet), and use all whole milk instead of some of the milk-cream party. The ice is not as creamy, and is likely to be more consistency than frozen yogurt.
