Yes, I know … I tend to dwell on the same chocolate recipes. For a while it was Michel Richard “Kit Cat” that was quick and easy solution for a number of parties I had to attend. Well, this is the cake melted chocolate, 1992, I know it. But hey, we are in 2006, almost 2007, and is not retro back? I corresponded with the restaurant pastry chef, Johnny Iuzzini, for the recipe, but there were some minor issues that I could not quite work. Chocolate Brownies
image Ula Gillion Ah! Chocolate brownie recipe is the best in the family favorites. These are additional chocolate slightly crispy outside and the inside is filled with gooey chocolate left. Always a winner. Served with strawberries, vanilla ice cream and fresh mint.
