Lorenia image I Diane muffins for us (what I eat here ) .4 c. their blé1c. Kamut (mass) 3/4C. roasted buckwheat (ground) 1c. riz1/2c flour. Flaxseed (ground) 3 oeufs2 1/2T. soude1/2T jaws. 1/2c SEA1 salt. diced pineapple (fresh or diced apple or pear) 1c. chopped walnuts or pecans () 1 1/2c. bouillante1/2c water. organic molasses or agave1c. babeurrepoignée (dissipate over the muffins) mixture of wheat bran, flaxseed large kamut, buckwheat gr, gr rice flour, baking powder, salt and mix well with dark chocolate chips. In another bowl beat eggs, add molasses or agave and mix well. Por mixing egg, buttermilk and hot water into the dry mixture. Save some hot water into a bowl, pour Limp Bizkit go basis. Mix well, add pecans and fruit and mix into buttered ramekins. Bake at 350 º F for 20-25 minutes or until toothpic comes out clean. Have fun!
