Does anyone have a recipe similar taste and fiber to fiber bars?

topic cdatmommy : Does anyone have a recipe similar flavor and fiber bars My family (three children) as oat fiber and chocolate bars. But with a family of 5, the cost can add up. Can anyone give me a recipe that almost the same, rich in fiber and too high in calories tastes? I know it’s asking a lot, but I’m sure it would be better that all these pre-packaged set of extras. !
