Press one pie crust in a 9 inch pie plate. In a large bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Stir in pie filling cherries and blueberries. Pour into pie crust. Top to seal with the second dough and press edges. Flute edges or press with the tines of a fork. In a cup whisk together the egg white and water with a fork. Brush top of cake and spread with 2 teaspoons sucre.Cuire the oven for 45-55 minutes in the preheated oven, or until crust is golden brown. Cover edges of crust with foil if they appear too dark. Chill for at least 2 hours to set the filling before serving.
