I hate to break it to you but there is not much there. It is almost impossible to cook a dessert and bread from scratch and it healthy. I’ve been trying for a long time … Angel food cake, pudding and jello are all options. Maybe some fruit with a slight trim, as cool whip. But the problem with this is that all the (low puddings, cakes and preserves fat Cool Whip) filled with fake processed ingredients that are made in a lab! So, what’s the point of eating less fat when you fill your body with what is basically poison? I stopped eating and diet foods low in fat and just eating less tasty stuff. It is hard to get, just eat less, but it’s worth coupEdit: sorry, I guess I should clarify. There are no recipes for healthy foods that taste good. If you like sawdust and clay, enjoy! 🙂 Just eat less tasty stuff … because you eat six cookies carob chip-rice-flour-apple-butter, and still want to be real chocolate.
