problem by Cheezie ? I need a recipe for a good chocolate mousse filling ` I have a chocolate cake (just for fun), and there will be four layers. I have the chocolate frosting already, and now I need a chocolate mousse filling for couches.Si you a recipe is good, not afraid to share. =) I’ll also need the right amount of foam to the four semi-thick layers (9-inch round cake) Thanks Best answer cover.

Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is almost boiling and thickened enough to coat the spoon. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips, vanilla and liqueur, continue to stir until the chocolate has melted. Cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally. Beat, beat the egg whites until stiff, fold into the chocolate mixture. Fold in whipped cream. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
