image santheo Restaurant Pontiac made, IL is peanut butter jelly gourmet barbecue sandwich and I asked what is to gourmet. “It’s toasted.” “Oh. Would it be possible to get something else on it, like a piece of lettuce?” “Uh.” “And maybe a pinch like chocolate.” (Mild disgust) “Yes, we can.” And thank God they did because it was fantastic. Nobody will believe me, but I swear it’s true. Do not knock until you try it.
