Listen, what members say about Recipe EXPO event. This gluten-free muffins are incredibly easy to make and are a wonderful breakfast on a cool autumn morning. They are super rich and sticky, and easy to do! Just combine 3 ripe bananas (mashed), 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1 tsp. Vanilla extract, 1 tsp. Baking powder, 2 Tbsp. Honey and 3 cups rolled oats (I use gluten-free oats, but you can also use regular oats). Once you have collected all the ingredients, throw in about a cup of chocolate chips, and throw them in the oven at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Just keep an eye on them, and if they begin to brown the edges, they are ready to eat! This is a fall favorite in our house – these muffins are easy and delicious, and gluten-free as well – a perfect combination 🙂
