Image bro0ke This is my third foray into the field Bread Pudding; ) This time it’s “two loaves of chocolate pudding,” as the recipe for both white and dark chocolate. In fact, I ended up with three ways: semi-sweet dark chocolate, and white … Essential .. all chocolate leftover scraps I collected in the recent past. The bread was dry, the 3-week-old (!) Tuscan bread I diced leave overnight in the refrigerator and then zipbagged take some time last week. I’m surprised he did not go wrong!
