All ingredients and refrigerate until the ice reaches the consistency tartiner.GLAÇAGE CHOCOLATE paper3 yolk battus1 c Condensed sucré1 c. sucre1 / 2 c. fondu4 ounces white chocolate butter râpé1 c. Pecans, hachéesMélanger first 4 ingredients in a water twice, bring water to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add the chocolate and stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in the pecans.
