Has anyone ever heard of making cream out of rice milk?

Babyfilly question : Has anyone ever make-cream of rice is one, and if so, how are you? They help because iam severely allergic to soy and rice milk, and is the only kind of dairy food as I can. I wanted to make truffles, but the recipe for 1/2 cup whipping cream. Is there anyway I can get around this and still taste the texture and consistency? ! Please help again Best Answer: Response
