image valeehill In the search for a new vegan cooking recipe I have to this day, only looked through my cookbooks Cooking completely neglected sections of cooking in what I than one Cookbook – 1000 Vegan Recipes by Robin Robertson . Today I cook two recipes in this book. (. Also prepare cornbread muffins) These brownies are filled with coconut-y goodness from three sources: milk, coconut extract, crushed (unsweetened unsulfured). The smell of baking was divine, and the taste is delicious! They are still moist crumb with small pockets of melted semisweet chocolate chips everywhere. I’m sure they would still be delicious I have had no fresh organic coconut milk and coconut extract natural. I could not locate extracted artificially in our area and did not want to buy at least 3 bottles to get the stuff from a natural online retailers. At this point, I’m glad ‘sold’ and bought the fake stuff because they necessary to do! 🙂
