Is it logical that chocolate milk has less fat than whole milk?

If chocolate with skim milk, 1% or 2% is done, it makes perfect sense. Milk chocolate (at least bought the kind of business) is often added with * chocolate flavor, not real chocolate, so that the taste is very little fat.
