in what store can i buy whirly lollipops (those huge lollipops with multi-color swirls). preferably i would like to buy them in bulks DC/VA/MD
can i buy them at costco?

Check out the low prices on ebay.

Also, two other websites sell them for a reasonable price.

Don’t know if costco sells them, but K-mart or Wal-Mart might.
