CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD pudding2 c. All usage1 c sifted flour. cassonade1 / 2 tsp. blanc3 sugar c. Powder pate1 c. salt1 / 2 tsp. soude1 / 2 tsp. raccourcissement1 c. lait3 eggs1 / 2 tsp. Chocolate chips, chopped finement1 1/2 c. vanilleGraisser and flour a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Measure the flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder, salt, baking powder, shortening and milk in a bowl. Add eggs, chocolate chips and vanilla. Beat 1/2 minute on low speed. Beat at high speed for 3 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool cake 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Cool completely. Frost cake with your favorite frosting.
