i just need a recipe or something because summer is coming and i want to make homemade ice cream to give to kids that live around me and im going to donate it to kids that don’t have food

Ice cream is a frozen custard. So you have to make a custard, chill it, and then put it in an ice cream maker (or a jury rigged ice cream maker)
