Second Melt candy coating or melt and temper real chocolate. Third With a dipping fork, dip in melted chocolate treatment. 4th Located on a silicone mat or parchment paper. 5th Immediately place Transfer square cut, textured side down, to treat at the crossing. 6th Let stand for a few minutes. 7th Remove the transfer sheet when it is set.
