I work at a hydroponic u-pick farm where we grow strawberries, tomatoes, blueberries, green beer, peppers, corn, peaches (yes, peaches hydroponics and they are better than anyone else that I’ve heard, but I n “I have tried them not), grapefruit, sunflower, select etcVous em they are always fresh vs. supermarket, several weeks keeps in the freezer. Either there is a farmers market, they are not immediately plant, but often it is 2 or 3 days off-farm costs. Supermarkets always fresh, trust me on this point. I worked in both the farm and farmers’ markets, I am now, it is best to always choose your own.
